The apartment is conveniently located close to Pazhayangadi town, with everything you need just around the corner. Choottad Beach is only a 10-minute drive away. For food lovers, I highly recommend MRA Restaurant nearby—it’s great for satisfying all your cravings, and there are plenty of other eateries in the area too.
Super Host Safar was incredibly helpful and always available over the phone for any queries. The apartment has 7 spacious, well-maintained rooms, making it a perfect choice for group travellers.
There are two caretakers on-site 24/7 to assist with any needs, and the property also includes a kitchen if you’d like to cook your own meals.
Situated right next to the river, the place offers a cozy setting for music, food, and parties with a beautiful riverside view.
Overall, a great, budget-friendly stay—I personally recommend it for all types of travellers!

Stayed at Vista Al Rio for a day and absolutely loved the experience. The property is extremely beautiful, easily accessible, and offers a lovely view of the river, with the entire place maintained very well . It was the perfect base for us to visit a nearby theravad temple to watch a Theyyam performance, and the calm riverside setting really added to the charm of the trip.
A special thanks to Mr. Mujeeb, who truly made us feel at home. He was available round the clock, ensured our stay was perfect, helped arrange food, and even assisted us in renting a bike, which made our local travel very convenient .
Also grateful to Mr. Safar for kindly accepting our booking and to Mr. Anees for a smooth and welcoming check-in.
Overall, Vista Al Rio is a wonderful choice if you are looking for a peaceful stay by the river with top-notch hospitality. Highly recommended, and would be happy to return.

Our stay at the resort was a truly refreshing experience. One of the biggest highlights was the breathtaking river view – waking up to the serene sound of flowing water and watching the sunset over the river was simply magical. The natural beauty around the property created a calm and peaceful atmosphere that made our trip feel like a true escape from the daily routine.
Equally impressive was the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly warm, helpful, and attentive. We stayed in this villa on 21st and 22nd of this month,, location is ultimate... Small and cozzy accommodation with limited rooms but neat and clean.. Both manager Anees and Mujeeb were great hosts... With polite.. Humble and friendly attitude the way Mujeeb took care if us was too good customer experience we had.. I would like to thank Safarulla.. Anees and especially Mujeeb hearty thanks..
One suggestion of improvement.. Please put up a name board near the property which will make it easy yo find the property..

The best place to stay near payangadi railway station. We won't expect such a nice hidden ambiance in the backyard.
Room costs around 2000 per day.
An outdoor dining area is available with a great view of the Kuppam river. We can watch trains moving through the bridge.
A/C rooms and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi are available. A beautiful lawn increases the ambiance.

Very enjoyable homestay with a beautiful river view. Mujeeb was great and I really enjoyed the local area.
You're definitely off the beaten track here, but it's easily accessible by train. There's some some amazing coast and villages at Ettikulam and lots of boats and fishing going on at Palakkod.

One of the best places around Payayangady with extreme ambience for friends and family for a complete chill out.
The care taker (Saleem ikka) who stays with in the permises is highly beneficial for the guests because of his polite attitude.
